To our Salon Yazbek community,

In light of the recent events I wanted to personally write to you to reassure you that I am actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Government, and of the added measures we are implementing in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Salon Yazbek remains open and in this extraordinary climate I will support my team and our guests so that we can continue to focus on making you look and feel your best.

It is our mission to provide beautiful hair, great customer service and a fantastic salon experience, however my greatest priority in this environment is the health and well-being of my team, you as our valued guest, your families and our community.

As such, Salon Yazbek has implemented the following additional measures to ensure our salon remains a safe, clean and hygienic environment for everyone.

We are removing all communal magazines from our salon. We encourage you to bring your own reading material if you wish. We can also provide phone chargers should you need one during your appointment.

Upon entering the Salon, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer made available to you (or to wash your hands if you prefer) before your hair service begins.

We have amended our AVEDA Rituals and you will now be invited to take a moment of wellness with some deep breaths on your own. You are welcome to make use of the AVEDA essential oils available if you wish.

We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in the salon with particular attention to high touch areas.

I am ensuring my team is equipped with clear health and hygiene protocols, as well as the support they need in order to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.

I would also ask that if you are feeling unwell and/or are suffering from any flu-like symptoms that you please let us know and we will happily reschedule your appointment to another time.

I would like to extend our thoughts to all those directly affected by this pandemic.

I will continue to keep you updated as the situation develops and would like to thank you for your ongoing support in these tumultuous times.

Kind Regards,

Nathan Yazbek
